Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026. Applies to all Universo Pumpkin games, currently Pipegram (es.universopumpkin.games.pipegram), and to this website.
Who is responsible

Playing without an account
You can play without an account. Your progress (stars per level, screws, tool level and settings such as light or dark mode) is then stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
Your account (optional)
If you want to keep your progress in the cloud, you can create an account by signing in with Google or Apple. The same account works in all our games, and your progress is kept separately for each game. We never ask for a password, name, photo or public nickname (with Apple we only request your email). We store:
- the identifier of your Google or Apple account and the email address it gives us (with Apple this may be a private relay address);
- your game progress and settings, as listed above;
- your purchases (see below).
Nothing is shown to or shared with other players: there are no rankings or public profiles. Legal basis: providing the service you ask for (performance of a contract). We keep this data while your account exists.
Purchases
You can buy ad removal (one-off), packs of screws and a season pass (subscription). Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple: we never see your card or payment details, and they issue the receipt. To deliver what you bought, we check each purchase with Google or Apple and store its transaction identifier, product, date, platform and status (and, for the season pass, its renewal and expiry dates), linked to your account. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal accounting obligations; checking purchases also prevents fraud (legitimate interest). You can manage or cancel the season pass from your Google Play or App Store subscriptions.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited, unless you buy ad removal (optional reward videos are still available). To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect from your device: the advertising ID (Android advertising ID or Apple IDFA, if you allow it), your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and your interactions with the ads. Google uses this data as an independent controller under its own policy: how Google uses data in ads and Google's privacy policy.
- Personalised ads are only shown if you agree. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent the first time you open it (Google's consent form). On iPhone, iOS also asks whether you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency). Legal basis: your consent.
- Non-personalised ads are shown if you do not agree. They still use the minimum data needed to deliver and count the ad and to prevent fraud. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in funding a free game.
You can change your choice at any time from Manage ad consent at the bottom of the game's main screen, from your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking) or by uninstalling the game.
Who processes data for us
Accounts, progress and purchase records are hosted by Supabase in the European Union, which acts on our behalf. Sign-in is provided by Google or Apple, and payments by Google Play or Apple, each under its own privacy policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the game (Settings › Delete account) or by following these instructions. We then delete, straight away, your account, your email address and your progress in all our games, as well as the progress saved on that device. We keep the purchase records only in anonymous form (no longer linked to you or your email) for as long as accounting and tax law requires, up to six years, and to handle refunds and fraud.
If you write to us
We use your email address and message only to answer you, and keep them as long as needed to resolve your request and, afterwards, only as long as the law requires.
International transfers
Google and Apple may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
Our games are suitable for all ages but are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are under the age at which you can consent online in your country (14 in Spain, between 13 and 16 elsewhere in the EU), ask a parent or guardian before creating an account, making purchases or accepting personalised ads.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@universopumpkin.es from the email address linked to your account. For advertising data, you can also contact Google or reset your advertising ID. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
