Delete your Universo Pumpkin Games account

This is the account you use in Pipegram and in our other games by Universo Pumpkin Games: there is one account for all of them. It is optional; if you created one, you can delete it in either of these ways:

In any of our games: open Settings › Delete account and confirm. It is deleted straight away.
By email, if you no longer have the game: write to contacto@universopumpkin.es from the email address of your account (the one of your Google or Apple sign-in), with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your account, the Google or Apple identifier and email address linked to it, and your progress and settings in all our games, both in the cloud and on the device where you delete it.

What is kept

Only the record of your purchases, in anonymous form (no longer linked to you or your email), for as long as accounting and tax law requires, up to six years, and to handle refunds and prevent fraud. Deleting your account does not cancel a season pass: cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions.
